Get ready for a thrilling display of strength as the College presents RNC's Strongest Student 2025 on Saturday 7 June from 09:00 – 16:30 in the sports hall at thePoint4. Spectator entry is completely free!

The competition will feature five challenging lifting events, with the top points determining the winner. For this special fundraising event, we've also welcomed ex-students to compete, promising an even more exciting lineup. All funds raised will go directly towards updating the flooring in the student gym.

The host for this first ever Inclusive Strongman competition, is Aaron Rees, Teacher in Charge of Sports at RNC. Aaron has previously placed 4th in the Magnus World's Strongest Adaptive Man competition and is a former winner of Britain's Strongest Disabled Man.
